Adult Kickboxing (16 yrs + all levels)

This class blends technique and conditioning for a complete striking workout. You’ll learn efficient stance, footwork, combinations, defensive skills, pad/bag work, and optional controlled partner drills. Sessions scale to your level—new to advanced—so you can train hard, stay safe, and see results in strength, endurance, and confidence.
