Youth Kickboxing (13 – 17 yrs all levels)

A fast-paced class that teaches proper kickboxing mechanics and discipline in a teen-friendly environment. We cover stance, footwork, jab/cross/hooks, knees, basic kicks, defenses, pad/bag rounds, and partner drills with full safety protocols. Students build cardio, coordination, and self-confidence while learning respect and self-control.
