1. Do I need to be fit to train?
No. Martial arts training is designed to meet you where you're at—whether you're a total beginner or already active. You'll build strength, flexibility, and endurance as you train. Many people get into the best shape of their lives by simply showing up and staying consistent.
2. What should I wear to my first class?
Wear comfortable workout clothes like a t-shirt and athletic pants. If you already have a uniform (gi), feel free to wear it. We'll let you know when it's time to invest in your own gear.
3. Can I try a class before committing?
Absolutely. We offer trial classes so you can experience the environment, meet the instructors, and get a feel for the training style—no pressure, no commitment.
4. Is martial arts safe?
Yes. Safety is our top priority. All drills are supervised, contact levels are controlled, and we teach proper technique to minimize injury. You’ll progress at a pace that’s right for your skill level.
5. How often should I train?
For beginners, 2–3 times per week is a great starting point. It allows your body to adapt while building skill and confidence. More advanced students may train more frequently depending on goals.
6. Is martial arts only for kids or competitive fighters?
Not at all. We train people of all ages—kids, teens, adults, and seniors. Whether you're here for self-defense, fitness, focus, or fun, we’ve got a class that fits.
7. What style of martial arts do you teach?
We offer Karate, Kickboxing, fitness kickboxing. Each style emphasizes different aspects—Our karate style is Kadgamala base with shotokan katas.
8. How long does it take to earn a black belt?
It depends on the style, your consistency, and your effort. On average, it can take 4–6 years of regular training. But martial arts isn’t about racing to a belt—it’s about personal growth, discipline, and continuous learning.
9. Will martial arts help with my confidence or mental focus?
Absolutely. Martial arts builds confidence through setting and achieving goals, learning self-discipline, and facing challenges head-on. Many students report improved mental clarity, reduced stress, and better self-esteem.
10. Do you offer private lessons?
Yes, we offer 1-on-1 training for students who want personalized instruction, accelerated progress, or help preparing for belt tests or competition.
