SENSEI HOLDEN

I first began kickboxing with Shogun in 2006. I competed in several Sanshou and classic Kickboxing events over the years. In 2010, I was able to achieve Silver for Team BC at the Canadian Nationals in Ottawa and a Bronze medal for Team Canada at the WKC World Championships in Portugal. I was awarded my Kickboxing Black Belt in 2013. Today, I assist with youth classes while working toward my Black Belt in Karate (currently Green Belt) alongside my two young daughters. I’m dedicated to passing on the lessons learned and spirit that the dojo family has given me for nearly 20 years.
