QUESTIONS

問答

Before your first class

Do I need to be fit to train?

No. Training is designed to meet you where you’re at — total beginner or already active. You’ll build strength, flexibility, and endurance as you go. Many people get into the best shape of their lives simply by showing up and staying consistent.

What should I wear to my first class?

Comfortable workout clothes — a t-shirt and athletic pants. If you already have a gi, feel free to wear it. We’ll let you know when it’s time to invest in your own gear.

Can I try a class before committing?

Absolutely. We offer trial classes so you can experience the environment, meet the instructors, and get a feel for the training style — no pressure, no commitment.

Is martial arts safe?

Yes. Safety is our top priority. All drills are supervised, contact levels are controlled, and we teach proper technique to minimize injury. You’ll progress at a pace that’s right for your skill level.

How often should I train?

For beginners, 2–3 times per week is a great starting point — it lets your body adapt while building skill and confidence. Advanced students may train more often depending on goals.

Is it only for kids or competitive fighters?

Not at all. We train kids, teens, adults, and seniors. Whether you’re here for self-defense, fitness, focus, or fun — there’s a class that fits.

What style of martial arts do you teach?

Karate, Kickboxing, and fitness kickboxing. Our karate style is Kadgamala-based with Shotokan katas.

How long does it take to earn a black belt?

On average, 4–6 years of regular training — but it depends on consistency and effort. Martial arts isn’t a race to a belt; it’s personal growth, discipline, and continuous learning.

Will it help my confidence or focus?

Absolutely. Setting and achieving goals, learning self-discipline, and facing challenges head-on builds real confidence. Many students report better mental clarity, less stress, and stronger self-esteem.

Do you offer private lessons?

Yes — 1-on-1 training for personalized instruction, accelerated progress, or help preparing for belt tests and competition.
